How It Works

Rearranging pages in a PDF with LocalPDFs is simple and completely private. Start by dragging and dropping your PDF file into the upload area, or click to select it from your device. The tool accepts files up to 10 MB and a maximum of 500 pages.

Once the file is loaded, you will see thumbnail previews of every page. You can drag any thumbnail to a new position – the order of the thumbnails determines the final page order in the output PDF. Use the “Reset” button to restore the original sequence at any time.

When you are satisfied with the new order, click “Apply new order”. The tool rebuilds the PDF locally inside your browser, without sending any data to a server. The rearranged PDF is then available for immediate download. Your original file stays on your device, and no one else ever sees your documents.
